Jacobi Light Golden Ale - Justin, The Old Coach House Caio Carma

Welcome to Jacobi Brewery’s new website timed to coincide with our company relaunch. We have been producing award-winning ales now for 7 years without the help of any marketing or advertising, but demand  dictates that we join the 21st Century!

Those of you who are familiar with our delicious brews will notice that we have rebranded the beers and updated our labels and packaging. The standard range of beers are still made to the original and popular recipes which Justin has honed over the years and which have gained the brewery several awards and much local acclaim. There are quite a few new brews in the pipeline which we will announce here on this site, but for regular updates, news and special offers please like’ (FB thumbs up) us on our new Facebook page .

This week we hosted a group of visiting Welsh Tourism Ambassadors who came to see how we made our beers and taste a few while they were here. We expected 8 to 10 and were delighted when 25 turned up! Amazing what free beer will do.

Our next brewery tour will be to  welcome a group of Carmarthenshires best Chefs, who will be testing our brews and learning how they can marry food and beer. Justin and David were both chefs in a previous life so are looking forward to exchanging ideas. Of course, we will be suggesting that they create dishes to go with our beer rather than see if our beer goes with their food!

Anyone interested in our recipe for ‘Chocolate ale cake with Muscovado malt cream’  or any of our othe beery recipes let us know and we will put them up on our Facebook page.
